Fashion icon Wak Doyok, whose real name is Mohd Azwan Md Nor, 47, says he is now more comfortable living simply and being more careful with his spending.

Speaking to mStar, Wak Doyok said he no longer cares about negative comments from netizens over his choice to drive a Perodua Myvi, saying he does not want to burden himself with high monthly car expenses.
With the economy remaining uncertain, he has also sold several of the luxury cars he previously owned.
Myvi for weekdays, Mustang on weekends
“For weekdays, I drive a Myvi because I use it for work and it saves fuel. On weekends, I use my Mustang,” he said.

He revealed that he has sold several of his luxury cars and now has only three left, as he no longer wants to deal with the heavy monthly costs of maintaining them.
“I still have money”
Wak Doyok said he actually feels more comfortable driving a Myvi these days.
“I don’t care what people say because they aren’t the ones supporting me every month. People saying I have no money is not true. I still have money, I’m just being more careful with my spending given the uncertain economic situation,” he said.
