From check-in agents, engineers, and security officers to cabin crew and pilots, every touchpoint of the flight was managed by women, showcasing their expertise, leadership, and growing presence in the aviation industry.

The achievement also highlights Malaysia Aviation Group’s (MAG) progress in gender inclusivity, with women now representing 36% of its workforce, surpassing the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) “25by2025” goal of having women comprise at least 25% of key roles in aviation by 2025.
“This milestone marks not just progress, but a powerful reminder that the sky has no limits,” Malaysia Airlines said in a statement. “To all our colleagues and future aviators, may today’s flight inspire you to dream bigger and continue breaking barriers.”
