The achievement also highlights Malaysia Aviation Group’s (MAG) progress in gender inclusivity, with women now representing 36% of its workforce, surpassing the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) “25by2025” goal of having women comprise at least 25% of key roles in aviation by 2025.

“This milestone marks not just progress, but a powerful reminder that the sky has no limits,” Malaysia Airlines said in a statement. “To all our colleagues and future aviators, may today’s flight inspire you to dream bigger and continue breaking barriers.”
