Malaysia will not allow Israeli nationals to remain in the country and will deport them if they are found to have entered Malaysia, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said.

Anwar said Malaysia has a clear policy of not recognising Israel, and all relevant security agencies are currently investigating allegations that Israeli nationals had entered the country.

“We are investigating… we will not allow it. If there are any, action must be taken. If there are Israeli nationals, since we do not recognise Israel, they will be deported immediately,” he told reporters. The Prime Minister was responding to reports alleging that Israeli nationals using dual citizenship documents had been detected in Johor.
Authorities investigate claims of Israeli nationals at Forest City
Anwar said the matter was being handled by the relevant authorities and that further details would be provided after investigations are completed. He also said he believed Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir would provide clarification on the issue.

The Johor government had earlier urged the Home Ministry and relevant agencies to investigate the operations of the Network School at Forest City, following claims that Israeli nationals were involved in the programme. Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi said the individuals were believed to have entered Malaysia using passports from another country, raising concerns among the public.
The allegations first surfaced on social media, claiming that foreign nationals holding Israeli passports or citizenship documents from other countries had entered or were present in Malaysia for certain purposes.
Authorities have yet to confirm the identities or status of the individuals involved.
