According to ICA, the vehicle was stopped for inspection, during which officers discovered the e-vaporisers concealed in several cardboard boxes hidden in the car boot.
Footage shared by ICA showed officers thoroughly checking the vehicle, including the bonnet, undercarriage, and interior, where the full stash was eventually uncovered.
The driver was arrested at the scene. He was travelling with his 33-year-old wife and their three children, aged three, five, and eight.
The case has been referred to the Health Sciences Authority for further investigation.
