A sudden flash flood has brought traffic to a complete standstill along the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), particularly at the Kuchai Link (E10) stretch, leaving all lanes blocked as of late afternoon today.

Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) has confirmed a flash flood incident affecting traffic conditions along the highway network.
The affected location is at Kuchai Link heading towards the NPE (New Pantai Expressway), where rising floodwaters have resulted in all lanes being temporarily blocked. Traffic movement in the area is currently at a standstill, with congestion expected to build up rapidly.
Road users are strongly advised to remain alert, drive with caution, and avoid the affected stretch if possible. Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes to reduce delays and prevent further traffic congestion.
