A touching moment between brothers

In the viral video shared on Zafran’s TikTok account, the young man, who had been battling bone cancer, was seen lying in a hospital bed with a breathing aid. Beside him stood his younger brother, Aidil Haziq, who had accompanied him throughout his illness.

Zafran then reaches under his blanket and hands Aidil a box, which was a surprise birthday gift. When Aidil opened it, he was shocked to discover a brand-new iPhone inside. Overwhelmed with emotion, he kissed his brother’s hand repeatedly, while Zafran smiles weakly.
