Lorry driver steps out with a surprise gift
According to @nrlna.naa on Threads, she shared that her and her husband were on the way to work and was waiting at a red light junction. Pulling up next to them was a truck, with the truck driver looking over at them.
According to her, the lorry driver had been looking at her child from the adjacent lane. Noticing this, her husband rolled down the car window.
Then, he got down from his lorry and walked over to the car, handed over a small cash gift to the baby before returning to his vehicle.
As he passed the money to the baby, the driver said, “This is for the beginning of the new year”.
Simple act, powerful emotion
The woman later shared the experience online, expressing gratitude and describing the moment as something they would never forget.
